Stay Connected
Honda Roadsync links you to your Android™or iOS™ device through Bluetooth® and the app. While riding, and hands-free, you can navigate easily to different places, make and receive phone calls, generate and respond to text messages. Also, you can listen to music via your favourite apps, as well as check the local forecast, and the weather at destination.
Using Honda RoadSync
It couldn’t be easier. When you’re on your Honda motorcycle or scooter, connect your Android (latest 5 versions) and iOS (latest 3 versions) smartphone with the Honda RoadSync app installed through your Google or Apple account. The app will also connect to your Bluetooth® helmet-mounted headset with audio input. It’s intuitive to use, between voice recognition input, voice feedback and a 4-way toggle switch located on the left handlebar. With your phone safely in a pocket, you can stay connected and concentrate on the road liberating every ride, every day.

Navigation
Navigation app (OS specific) provides the navigation base for Honda RoadSync, while turn-by-turn directions are voice guided and displayed via the meter panel for added convenience. Add up to five of your favourite destinations or points of interest. There’s also the option to quickly acquire an address through voice search (TFT models only) – perfect when on the move.

Weather
There’s also the option to check the day’s local weather forecast within an hour, 2 hours or 5 hours ahead. When using Navigation, it’s also possible to check a detailed forecast for your destination.

Calls
You have the ability to save up to five of your favourite contacts. There’s also a voice search option (TFT models only); simply say the name of the person you want to speak to and Honda RoadSync does the rest. For incoming calls, the system lets you know who’s calling and you can then decide whether to accept or decline. Voice search for calls is only available on Android.

Messages
There are 5 default Quick Messages stored; these can be replaced with your own. You can also voice-search a contact, then voice-input an SMS message to be sent in text form. Incoming messages are converted to voice feedback to listen to. Other supported message apps (read and reply by voice) include WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, LINE, Hangouts, Signal and Telegram.

Music
It’s easy to stream the perfect soundtrack to your day. Pre-select a favourite music app (iOS only compatible with Apple Music) in Honda RoadSync settings before leaving, select your music and go.

Volume
To adjust playback level, simply select Volume in Honda RoadSync and push the 4-way toggle up for louder, down for quieter. Additionally, you can mute the volume by long-pressing the down button on the handlebar switch. To unmute, long-press the down button again.
Quick and Easy to Set Up
1. Download Honda RoadSync from the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and allow permissions when required
2. Pair your device to your Honda, following the on-screen instructions
3. Once paired and enabled, choose a Google account (for Android) or Apple account (for iOS)
That’s it. You’re connected and ready to explore all of the features now at your fingertips – and all by Bluetooth® (no cables required).

iOS Limitations
Call functionality can only be operated by supported headsets, this includes making, receiving and rejecting calls (handlebar switch operation is not available). Limited message functionality. Apple Music is the only music app supported. No third party navigation apps are supported.
