So where do you start?

You’ve done your research, you’ve read up about the tech and you’ve studied the motoring articles and awards. It’s got to be a Honda. Now, which model to choose. It needs to spacious enough for the whole family, including the dog, with plenty of boot space. You compare the specs, and decide you want a power tailgate for ultra convenience. Excellent. The hardest bit is done.

Step 1 - Configure Your Vehicle

Once you’ve chosen your model hit 'configurator' to customise your new Honda to fit your style, choosing between the different grades and the various extra features available.

As you’d expect, safety comes as standard with Honda. Every model has Honda SENSING, our intelligent suite of advanced safety features as standard, including Lane Keeping Assist System and Adaptive Cruise Control to help keep you and your loved ones safe.

For peace of mind, why not choose our Honda FIVE Service Plan, offering 5-years servicing, and our Customer Care Package which includes a two year extended guarantee and two years of Hondacare, our UK and European roadside assistance. Just another reason why Honda owners rate us so highly.

Step 2 - Create a Honda ID

You’ll need to create a Honda ID to save your preferences and choices for your new Honda. It’s basically your personal online Honda account where you can also book test drives, view your vehicle’s status, digital service record etc.

Step 3 - Part Exchange

Do you need to part-exchange your current vehicle? Just enter your reg and mileage and we’ll calculate your part-exchange value in seconds. 

Step 4 - Payment

Select your payment option. Just like in a retail showroom, we show you your options – either cash, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) or Hire Purchase (HP). It lets you choose your deposit and repayment term, showing you how it affects the total amount. You’re in control.

Step 5 - Ordering

Placing your order couldn’t be simpler. Just add your bank details for the £1,000 deposit and that’s your new Honda ordered. If you’re buying with finance, you’ll need to complete your application – at which point you will secure your OTR price (on the road price) as well as your finance package. Rest easy, all finance options are offered through Honda Financial Services

Step 6 - Collection

We save the best bit until last – collecting your new car from your chosen Honda retailer! Just pick whichever is most convenient to you from our list. We told you it was easy didn’t we.

Are there any disadvantages of buying online?

Obviously, you can’t physically test drive the car from your phone or laptop, but you can book a test drive at one of our Honda retailers to experience the drive first hand. You’ll also need to make your own coffee when ordering online, as we won’t be there to give you refreshments. But if you fancy a coffee at any point, our retailers will be delighted to welcome you.

What happens if I need more information or help?

Our website contains model specific information about the entire Honda range. They’re available Monday – Friday, 9am - 7pm, and Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

Can I change my configuration after ordering?

Yes, if you need to make changes you can amend the vehicle configuration (colour, accessory packs etc) after you have placed your deposit. Once you have signed your Order Form, your configuration is locked in and only changes to the financial elements can be updated, up to the point you sign your Sales Contract.
