Performance
Advanced e:HEV powertrain
Honda’s next-generation e:HEV hybrid system intelligently combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with two electric motors and a lithium-ion battery, seamlessly switching between Electric, Hybrid and Engine Drive for smooth, efficient performance.
e:HEV full hybrid performance
The Jazz is self-charging, using a combination of two electric motors, a petrol engine and a regenerative braking system to top-up the EV battery on the go with no need to plug-in. Unlike a mild hybrid, it can run solely on electric power – with instant acceleration from a standstill, just like an electric vehicle.
Performance stats
Get the performance you need, with impressive stats to back it up: 0-62mp/h acceleration from 9.4 seconds; up to 550 miles of range on a full tank; fuel economy of 4.5L/100 km; and emissions from 82 to 140g/km.**
Econ drive mode
The Honda Jazz maximises its fuel economy with Econ mode. It changes the vehicle set-up as desired to provide the optimum performance, traction and efficiency required for the road conditions.
