Honda Cars UK Promotions

1.  We are Honda Motor Europe Limited ("Honda", “we”, “our”). Our company number is 857969 and our registered office is at Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1HL. Our VAT number is GB711019584. We are the promoter of the Promotions (defined below).

2.  Further details of each of the available “Promotions” offered by Honda on the purchase of new Honda vehicles direct from Honda are as follows:
¹ Honda Rugby Club Incentive: £1,000 discount applied to the OTR (On The Road) Price of all new HR-V vehicles purchased from Honda where the same (i) have been ordered between 06.08.2025 - 31.08.25 and Registered by 30.09.25, and (ii) are purchased by members of Honda Rugby Club, registered at that date and whose Honda ID aligns with the registered Honda Rugby Club email address, who pay a deposit for a qualifying vehicle to Honda, up to a maximum of 100 Honda Rugby Club members. The Promotion will not be redeemable after the earlier of (i) 31.08.25 and (ii) the date on which 100 qualifying Honda Rugby Club members have taken the benefit of this Promotion in accordance with its terms.

3.  The Promotions are detailed alongside the specific vehicles to which they relate and cannot be transferred to alternative vehicles. There is no cash or credit alternative to any Promotion and the terms of each Promotion are non-negotiable.

4.  The Promotions are available to both cash and finance customers. The Promotions are open to any retail customers, rather than business customers, of Honda aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom only.

5.  By participating in a Promotion you, the participant (“you” and "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). In addition to these Campaign Terms, Honda’s Sales Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of a qualifying vehicle https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/new/hr-v-hybrid/offers.html and for finance customers, the https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/new/hr-v-hybrid/offers.html#termsandconditions apply to the financing of your qualifying vehicle https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/new/hr-v-hybrid/offers.html.

6.  Each individual Promotion can be used in conjunction with all other available Promotions, subject to qualifying criteria. You may only benefit from each Promotion once.

7.  Promotions are available for a limited period only and can be changed or withdrawn without notice. Honda reserves the right to verify your eligibility in respect of any Promotion and, in our sole discretion, disqualify you if you fail to satisfy the eligibility requirements. You will at all times act in good faith towards Honda and the Promotions.

8.  Each Promotion is subject to availability and will be applied at the time of purchase of a qualifying vehicle, being the point a sales contract is concluded between you and Honda under Honda Sales Terms and Conditions.

10.  Honda reserves the right to amend any Promotion or these Campaign Terms at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

11.  While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Honda is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the administration of any Promotion.

12.  Honda’s decision on any aspect of the Promotions is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honda excludes liability for any and all losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in the Promotions including where the same is caused by technical errors, interruptions to service, or failure or systems affecting availability.

14.  The Promotions, together with these Campaign Terms, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
