You can save and return to your car configuration and compare it to other models as well. You can continue your purchase online or with your local Honda retailer.

Our process is meat to be as flexible as our Magic Seats; enabling you to choose how and where you'd like to engage with us.
- You can visit a retailer and buy your car traditionally.
- You can buy your car online, visiting the retailer to collect your car.
- You can mix and match - complete your buying experience blending online and offline in a way that suits you.
Buying your car with a retailer
You can still purchase your car with one of our certified Honda retailers, who will work with you through the entire process. Find your local Honda retailer's address and contact information today.
What you can do online
We have suite of tools to help you choose, compare and configure your car, find a retailer near you, and book a test drive. You can order your car, manage payment entirely online, or contact and visit a retailer at any point in your journey. You have the freedom to buy your car in a way that works for you.
Using your Honda ID
Honda ID is your online account with us. It stores your purchase information, key documents, and gives you access to your Digital Service Records and service plans and warranties. Even if you purchase from a retailer, you’ll need to register for a Honda ID account. This means you’ll be able to keep track of your key documents throughout the life of your car, change your preferred retailer and even get a BCA-backed part exchange when it’s convenient for you.
Configuring your Honda
You can customise any Honda car on our website by choosing to configure it. As part of your configuration, you will choose your model, trim colour and accessories
Your vehicle's pricing and availability will update in real time, so that you know how quickly your new Honda could be with you. You can save and return to your configuration. If you do, your choices will be saved but pricing and availability will still be up to date.

Pricing, availability and offers are always up to date, and will dynamically adjust based on your trim, grade and accessory choices, giving you the confidence to know what your car will look like and what it will cost.
Compare finance options
Our configurator shows financing options from Honda Financial Services, authorised and regulated by the FCA. You’ll be able to compare Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and Hire Purchase (HP) payment options, repayment terms, deposit amounts and mileage options.
Part-Exchange valuation
If you're thinking about part-exchanging your car, you can get a valuation either in-retailer or online, within the Honda configurator. Online customers can save valuations for up to 30 days in their Honda ID and have up to 3 valuations per 30 days.
Book a test drive
You’ll have the option to book a test drive of your model at the Honda retailer of your choice.
Save for later
Not ready to progress quite yet? You can save your configuration and come back to it later. Saving your vehicle won't reserve a car, but it will allow you to refer back to what you've already configured.
Purchasing your Honda
Buying your Honda should bring you joy, so we have made the process as flexible as possible. You can place your deposit online or in one of our retailers. Once your deposit has been placed, you will still have the flexibility to complete the remaining activities online or in store.
Configurator: Buying online
To progress your configuration online, you’ll pay an initial £500 deposit and select the Honda retailer that you'll collect your car from. You’ll then be able to complete your payment, submit your documents and track your order on our Honda ID platform. You’ll only need to visit your chosen retailer to pick up your car. You can walk into your retailer at any time in this process.
Configurator: Sharing with a retailer
If you would like to send your configuration directly to a retailer, you can do so from the configurator. You will complete a form with your details on and the retailer will receive the configuration automatically. Alternatively you can copy your share code and walk into a retailer to continue your purchase face to face.
ID Verification
Regardless of where you pay your deposit, you’ll need to verify your identity as part of the purchase process. Once you've placed your deposit and signed your sales contract, you’ll receive an email with a link to the online ID verification process. You’ll be guided to present and upload an image of your ID document, take a selfie, and enter your address.
Your information will be kept for only a limited period in order to verify your ID. You can read more about how we process and store your data in our privacy policy.
Honda ID
Honda ID is our online account space where you can see your saved configurations, track your order, and access your Digital Service Record once you have collected your car. Your Honda ID account area will store all your signed documents and can serve as your main destination to see how your order is progressing. You will need to create a Honda ID whether you are buying in store or online.

- Book a test drive: Quick access to book a test drive.
- Saved Items: You can see all your saved configurations.
- Part exchange valuation: Get a part-exchange valuation of your current car or access your saved valuations.
- Review your order: This gives a breakdown of your online order.
- Order delivery timeline: When you start an order, you can see all the tasks completed and tasks remaining before you pick up a vehicle.
Honda ID - Ownership & Care
- Look up your Digital Service Record: Use your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to access your Digital Service Record (DSR).
- See any service plans & extended guarantees: Use your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to look up the service and extended guarantee details associated with your car.
- Find accessories: Search all available retailer-fit accessories for your car.
- See all your documents: All your signed documents and payment receipts available to view and download
Honda ID - Account & Support
- Preferred Retailer: Set or update your preferred Honda retailer, and access their contact details.
- Personal Details: Manage and update your personal details.
- Additional Support: You can let us know if your circumstances change or you need additional support.
