Step behind the scenes with Honda Brand Ambassadors at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026, supporting the Super-N and Prelude HRC Concept on the First Glance stand.
You may have seen Honda at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and wondered what it is like to be part of the team behind the stand. This year, we were lucky enough to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026 as Honda Brand Ambassadors, helping to support the activation of the cars on the First Glance stand.
The Rivals: Epic Racing Duels
The event took place from 9 to 12 July 2026 and brought together some of the most exciting cars, motorcycles, drivers, and motorsport fans from across the world. This year’s theme was “The Rivals: Epic Racing Duels”, celebrating the rivalries that have shaped motorsport history. For Honda, it was also a chance to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its first FIA Formula One Constructors’ Championship title, achieved in 1986 with the Williams Honda FW11.
Honda Cars First Glance Stand
After arriving at the stand, we got ready for a busy day by making sure everything was in place and preparing to speak to visitors about the cars on display. On the First Glance car stand, we helped support two exciting Honda models: the Honda Super-N and the Honda Prelude HRC Concept.
The Honda Super-N gave visitors an exciting look at Honda’s future direction. Many people stopped to take photos, ask questions, and find out more about where it fits within Honda’s line-up. Alongside it, the Prelude HRC Concept made its world dynamic debut at Goodwood, creating a real buzz around the stand and showing the connection between Honda’s motorsport experience and future road car development.
"My favourite part of the day was speaking to people who were genuinely excited to see what Honda is doing next, from long-time Honda fans to visitors discovering the brand for the first time."
Lauren Hawes, PR & Events Undergraduate
"One of the best things about Goodwood is the variety of people you meet. Some visitors knew Honda’s motorsport history in amazing detail, while others were simply drawn in by the cars. Throughout the day, we spoke to families, Honda owners, motorsport fans, and people who were curious to learn more."
Max Cooke, Marketing & E-Commerce Undergraduate
Away from the car stand, Honda had an even wider presence across the event. The WN7 and CB1000F were displayed on the bikes First Glance stand, while the iconic Williams Honda FW11 was located in the F1 paddock, marking Honda’s first Formula One Constructors’ Championship title from 1986. Seeing Honda’s past, present, and future represented across different areas of Goodwood made the event feel even more special.
By the end of the day, we felt proud to have represented Honda at one of the biggest events in the automotive calendar. Goodwood is already an unforgettable experience as a visitor, but being there as part of the Honda team made it even more memorable.
