We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second consecutive year, true testimony to our unwavering long-term commitment to our customers.

The annual Feefo Trusted Service Awards recognise businesses that demonstrate outstanding customer service. The Platinum Award is the pinnacle and is awarded to companies who consistently deliver world-class customer service having achieved Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years. Honda first achieved this prestigious platinum customer service award in 2025, so to be awarded it again in 2026 is monumental, reinforcing Honda’s ongoing focus on customer care.

Unlike many awards, Feefo is unique because they collate feedback from actual customers. Every Honda customer is sent an email by Feefo to review their experience, making it totally independent and unbiased, and only customers with a proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. The ratings, out of 5, are analysed and collated and we’re extremely proud to have achieved a 4.8/5 rating with our valued customers, ranking us as ‘exceptional’.
