What can you expect

After an accident, call Honda Accident Assistance on 020 7949 3185 (option 2) before contacting your insurer.

If you’re not at fault, we’ll arrange a comparable hire vehicle* and schedule repairs at a Honda Approved Bodyshop to maintain quality and manufacturer standards.

Once repairs are complete, you’ll be contacted to collect your vehicle and return the hire car easily.

All costs for repairs and hire will be charged to the at-fault driver’s insurer, so you won’t need to claim on your policy or pay your excess.**

*Auxillis will provide a replacement credit hire vehicle, subject to the customer having no use of another suitable vehicle.

**Auxillis will submit all repair and vehicle hire costs to the at-fault third party insurer. They provide all customers with a complimentary Credit Protection Policy which ensures that in the very rare event the insurer doesn’t settle, if the customer has been truthful and cooperated, they will not be liable for these costs. If due to accident circumstances the repair is authorised by customer's own insurer, the “excess” amount agreed within the insurance policy would need to be paid upon collection of the repaired vehicle.
