3.  ¹ The Big SUV Sale: ‘The Big SUV Sale’ offers £1,000 (including VAT) discount off the ‘On the Road’ (OTR) price on the purchase of a new Honda HR-V or e:Ny1, £1,500 (including VAT) off the OTR price of a ZR-V or £2,000 (including VAT) off the OTR price of a CR-V. This offer is available to retail cash and finance customers. Credit is subject to status and available to UK residents aged 18 or over. The offer is valid on qualifying vehicles purchased from 13th October 2025 to 13th November 2025 and registered by 31st December 2025. There is no cash or credit alternative, and the terms of this promotion are non-negotiable. This offer is subject to availability of models and colours at participating Honda retailers (excluding Channel Islands), may be used in conjunction with other Honda offers currently available, subject to eligibility and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. The OTR price may be subject to change due to actual or unexpected changes in tariffs, duties taxes or other costs which may affect importation or other costs of supply.

4.  The Promotions are detailed alongside the specific vehicles to which they relate and cannot be transferred to alternative vehicles. There is no cash or credit alternative to any Promotion and the terms of each Promotion are non-negotiable.

5.  The Promotions are available to both cash and finance customers. The Promotions are open to any retail customers, rather than business customers, of Honda aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom only.

6.  By participating in a Promotion you, the participant (“you” and "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Campaign Terms"). Honda reserves the right to verify your eligibility in respect of any Promotion and, in our sole discretion, disqualify you if you fail to satisfy the eligibility requirements. You will at all times act in good faith towards Honda and the Promotions.

14.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honda excludes liability for any and all losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in the Promotions including where the same is caused by technical errors, interruptions to service, or failure or systems affecting availability.

15.  The Promotions, together with these Campaign Terms, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
