EU Data Act
The spirit of the Data Act is to give users of connected products and related services (businesses or individuals that own, lease or rent such a product) and other businesses with an interest in this data fair access to and greater transparency of the data generated. It will also support companies to develop innovative, data driven technologies. To achieve these aims, the Data Act stipulates a number of general conditions where a business (or a data holder) has a legal obligation to share data with a user and another business.
If you would like more detailed information, please refer to the Data Act page of the European Commission by clicking on the "More information on the Data Act" button below.
How to access data
Please find below more information on how you can access your data and manage any requests concerning Data Act.

Third party who would like to request data
Please visit our data services portal to find out more by clicking on the "Data Services Portal" button below.

Users who would like to request own data
As long as you have an active connected app and you are the registered owner of the product/service in the app, it will be possible to request your connected product data and/or related service data (as appropriate), in line with retention policies. This can be done via the mobile app in most cases. Please note we do periodically delete and remove data from our systems in line with our data retention policies and data can only be made available if we are still holding this.

Users who would like to manage third party requests
Approved third parties can request access to your connected data. You will have the opportunity to review each of these requests to check that it meets your expectations. The requests will come through to you in your mobile app where details of the third party, their use case, and the data requested will be clearly explained for approval or rejection.
