• Is there a gas conversion / LPG generator available?

  Due to the dry combustion characteristics and the higher combustion temperature the possibility of premature wear to the valve seats and piston rings is dramatically increased. Therefore any combustion chamber related failure that is attributed to an LPG conversion will not be covered under warranty. Honda (UK) will not cover any costs or consequential costs that relate to a failure caused in any part by a gas conversion.

• What type / grade of Oil should I use in my Honda generator?

  Each product has its specific oil requirements listed within the owners manual. We would recommend referring to your owners manual for full details of engine oil.

• What type of Fuel should be used?

  Our generators and fuel and waste pumps run on unleaded petrol. The EX range are specifically designed for diesel use and have a D to highlight this in their model. Eg EX4D

• Where can I locate Honda Original Parts for my equipment?

  We recommend using the Dealer Search facility to find information on your nearest authorised Honda Energy dealer. They will confirm the availability and prices of parts.

• Where can I locate a replacement Owners Manual?

  We have a selection of owners manuals available to download in .pdf format on this website. If your model is not available to download please contact your local authorised Honda dealer to order the manual.

• Is it possible to operate two Honda generators side by side?

  This is possible by using parallel DC Outlet cables.

  They WILL ONLY work with the same product models Eg. 2 x EU10i, 2 x EU20i products.

  They WILL NOT work with 1 x EU10i and 1 x EU20i generator.
