It means that if your vehicle is involved in an accident at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, we can handle the complete accident management process for you. We'll also follow up the estimating procedure and deal with your insurance company on your behalf.
All Honda cars still covered by the manufacturer's 3 year warranty or that have a Honda Happiness Guarantee have access to a full accident management service that can assist with your claim from start to finish, just contact the Accident Helpline on 0800 521 728.
This service includes:
- Recovering your Honda to your local or chosen Honda Approved Body Repair Centre (Honda Dealer)
- Dealing with your insurance company on your behalf
- Assisting you with advice with any uninsured loss or compensation.
Alternatively, if you are not within your warranty period, or do not have an additional Honda Happiness Guarantee, call your "Honda Approved Body Repair Centre" (your Honda dealer) who can also manage your claim, arrange for any repairs and do what they can to keep you mobile. All Honda dealers have access to a "Honda Approved Body Repair Facility" (bodyshop). This may be located at the dealership or be part of a dealer group or subcontracted bodyshop.
