From 1st June, our dealerships are starting to reopen their showrooms and service centres. This follows the latest government announcement, and of course, they will be observing all their guidelines to make sure your visit is safe.
To avoid crowds and ensure social distancing, we recommend you contact your local Honda dealer first and make an appointment. They will happily talk you through the health and safety measures they have put in place. For your own safety, we’d also suggest you keep the number of people in your group to a minimum when visiting the dealership.

What to expect
Each dealership will have their own measures in place for your protection, with clear signage and floor-markers to ensure you and our dealer staff keep to the recommended 2m social distance.
Where necessary and in line with government guidance, you may see new measures in place within our dealerships, including screens, one-way systems for entry and exit of the showrooms, masks and gloves.
Honda dealerships will also be providing PPE for staff and encouraging hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
To guarantee your safety and maintain appropriate sanitisation, we have asked our dealers to lock their showroom cars. This is to allow staff to disinfect the vehicles between customer viewings and interactions.
If you’d like to test drive a Honda, please contact your local dealer to discuss and make arrangements that suit both you and our dealer staff. This may include unaccompanied test drives.

From a virtual showroom experience where you can enjoy a walkaround video tour of your chosen car with our product expert – showing you its exterior and interior features to unaccompanied test drives. You can even watch a video demonstration of a test drive from either the dealership or at home, as well as complete all the necessary paperwork when buying your new Honda car remotely.
Once your car is ready to handover, you might also find that your local dealer offers a contactless collection service so that you can safely pick it up at a time that suits you. Or, if you prefer, they can deliver it straight to your doorstep – all while adhering to social distancing measures.
