How can I buy the all-new Honda e?
You can walk into any Honda dealership to test drive and order your new Honda e, with or without a previous reservation. Also, if you have an existing Honda customer account, you are able to select your preferred dealer and request an appointment before visiting.
What is the benefit of my online account?
If you already have a Honda Customer Account, and ordered your Honda e before the 15th July 2020, you will be able to see updates on the status of your order and the delivery of your Honda e. Otherwise, please contact your preferred dealer for more updates.
Do I need to order my Honda e as soon as I receive my order invitation?
We would encourage you to place your order as soon as you receive an email to do so. This will confirm your order and your priority delivery date. If you already have Honda Customer Account and ordered your Honda e before the 15th July 2020, we will send a reminder closer to your delivery timing.
How can I check my estimated delivery window?
For customers with a Honda Customer Account who placed an order for the Honda e before the 15th July 2020, you will be able to see the latest delivery status within your account and receive an email when this status changes. You can also check delivery by contacting your dealer.
