How can I purchase an Owners Manual, Service Manual or Parts Book for my product?
Contact your local Honda Marine dealer and supply them with the full model number and year. They are able to order most manuals and receive them within 36 hours.

How can I purchase maintenance and/or repair parts for my Honda Marine product?
You can order all parts, spares and accessories through your local Honda Marine dealer.

What should I do if I didn't receive all the parts and accessories when I purchased my Honda Marine product?
If you purchased a new piece of equipment and are missing parts or manuals, you need to contact your selling dealer. Used, pre-owned or reconditioned products are sold as is. Any damaged or missing parts are the responsibility of the buyer or the retailer, not Honda (UK). If you have further questions you may contact our Customer Relations office on 0845 200 8000.

Can I use synthetic oil in my Honda outboard?
Honda engines are developed, tested and certified with petroleum based motor oils as a lubricant. Any motor oil used in our engines must meet all oil requirements as stated in the owners manual and include the recommended oil change intervals.

How long is my warranty?
The Warranty for domestic use is 6 years*. For professional use the Warranty is 2 years*. (*Terms & conditions apply)

Where can I get warranty repairs?
You may take your Honda product to any authorised Honda Marine Servicing Dealer in the United Kingdom that carries your particular product line for warranty repairs. When taking your product in for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase. To qualify for warranty, the product must be purchased in the EU and the product must be a European (EU) model with CE markings. If your outboard was purchased outside of these countries you must take it back to the country where it was purchased for warranty consideration.
