TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PARTICIPANTS

• 1.1 Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
• 1.2 By participating in this promotion, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• 1.3 This promotion is only available on purchases of Honda Core lawnmowers, Honda Izy lawnmowers, and the Honda Ride-on mower and Lawn Tractor ranges (and as more particularly set out in clause 2.3 below) in the UK from Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
• 1.4 This promotion is only available in-store from participating Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
• 1.5 Employees of Honda Motor Europe Ltd ("Honda"), its associated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. CASHBACK

• 2.1 The cashback will be sent to the claimant in the form of a cheque. No alternative arrangement will be entered into.
• 2.2 The cashback offer is £100 per Honda Core lawnmower, £75 per Honda Izy lawnmower, and £400 per Honda Ride-on mower or Lawn Tractor purchased. The total value and currency of each claim will be calculated from the details provided on the proof of purchase and cash back claim form.
• 2.3 For the avoidance of doubt the models included in Honda Core Lawnmowers are HRD536QX, HRH536HX, HRH536QX, HRX426QX, HRX426SX, HRX476HX, HRX476HY, HRX476QX, HRX476VY, HRX537HY, HRX537HZ, HRX537VY, HRS536SD; the models included in the Honda Izy Lawnmowers are HRG415PD, HRG415SD, HRG465PD, HRG465SD, HRG536SD, and Diamond Cut HRG415SD and Diamond Cut HRG465SD; the models included in the Honda Ride-on mower and Lawn Tractor ranges are HF1211S HF1211H, HF2315SB, HF2315HM, HF2417HM, HF2417HT, and HF2620HT.
• 2.4 All cashback amounts are inclusive of VAT.
• 2.5 Only one cheque will be issued per cash back claim form and it is the claimant's responsibility to process their cheque as required and within the necessary time period whilst it is valid.
• 2.6 Only one (1) claim may be made per product purchased.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• 3.1 Purchases must be made during trading hours between Saturday 26 February 2011 and Saturday 28 May 2011 (inclusive) to take advantage of this promotion. Purchases made after Saturday 28 May 2011 will not be eligible for the cashback promotion.
• 3.2 Purchases must be made in-store from a Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealer within the UK during the promotional dates specified in clause 3.1 above.
• 3.3 A valid claim in accordance with clause 3.4 must be received before the deadline of midnight 11 June 2011.

• 3.4 In order to claim the cashback, the participant must comply with the following; 3.4.1. Fully and correctly complete a cashback claim form. 3.4.2. Send the completed cashback claim form, together with the original receipt or valid proof of purchase (photocopies will not be accepted) to "HONDA CASHBACK PROMOTION SPRING 2011, FREEPOST WA1521, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6BR." to be received before midnight Saturday 11 June 2011.
• 3.5 All cashback claims must be received by the deadline. Honda accepts no responsibility for claims not received by this date and any claim received after 11 June 2011 will not be processed.
• 3.6 Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Honda, or its authorised representative, will issue a cheque payable to the name supplied on the cashback claim form and post this cheque to the address specified on the cashback claim form. Receipts will be returned to the address provided on the cashback claim form, however participants are advised to take a copy prior to sending.
• 3.7 Honda will endeavour to issue a cheque within 28 days of receipt of claim.
• 3.8 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Participants are advised to use a secure method of delivery.
• 3.9 No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those claims not received by the closing date specified in clause 3.3 above.
• 3.10 Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed.
• 3.11 This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
• 3.12 Honda reserves the right to void this promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.

5.DISCLAIMERS

• 5.1 Honda shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Honda's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Honda.
• 5.2 Honda shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

6.JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

• 6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
