Safety is an integral part of the FR–V and our highest priority. The wide wheelbase, low centre of gravity and refined suspension give the FR–V excellent stability and make it easier to drive in various conditions.
Active safety measures include Vehicle Stability Assist, Anti–lock Braking System, Brake Assist and Electronic Brake–force Distribution which adjust the brake power according to the driving situation.
And our aim is to protect both passengers and pedestrians. Independent crash tests conducted by Euro NCAP have given the FR–V an excellent 3 star safety rating for pedestrian impact and child protection, together with a 4 star adult occupant rating.
