Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion is open only to UK residents aged 18 years or over with a valid UK driving licence except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families, or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the draw.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. In order to qualify for the Honda prize draw, eligible entrants must complete the entry form on www.honda.co.uk/ and submit their entry by 31.03.2011.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Fraudulent, illegible or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission
7. The prize fund consists of one Honda CR-Z 1.5 i-VTEC IMA Sport inclusive of registration, delivery to a UK address and 12 months Vehicle Excise Duty but excluding insurance which is the responsibility of the winner and must be arranged prior to delivery. The Promoter reserves the right to specify colour of prize vehicle and offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of the prize becoming unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. The prize draw is open across more than one campaign.
9. The winner will be picked at random, overseen by an independent judge and will be notified by 30.04.2011.
10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
11. For details of the winner (first initial, surname and county) please send an SAE to: Honda CR-Z Prize Draw, PO Box 100, Warrington WA4 6FB after 30.04.2011 and within four weeks of this date.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
